DUST COLLECTION HOPPERS
Dust Collection Video
Dust Collection Hoppers are designed to capture and contain fine dust and particulate from industrial processes. They keep workspaces cleaner, improve air quality, and make disposal of collected dust safer and more efficient. Their sealed, watertight construction prevents leaks and environmental contamination, making them ideal for handling fine materials in manufacturing, woodworking, and similar environments.
They’re engineered to integrate directly with dust collection systems, allowing for simple, controlled disposal with minimal mess or downtime. Made from heavy-gauge steel right here in the USA and backed by decades of proven engineering, these hoppers deliver clean, reliable performance load after load.

Safe Operating Instructions & Precautions for Dust Collection Self-Dumping Hoppers
- LATCH HOLDER:
Latch should be locked in position, except when dumping.
- PICKING UP HOPPER: Insert forks into the opening of the base, spreading forks as far as possible. Forks should not extend past the front of the base.
- TRANSPORTING HOPPER: Lift with forks and tilt mast back to prevent slippage. Transport one unit at a time, keeping the hopper at a minimum practical height.
- DUMPING HOPPER:
- Keeping the mast tilted back, unlock the safety latch and attach the safety chain to themast of the forklift.
- Unlock clamps on the side of the hopper lid and raise the lid. Once the lid is raised, place the safety pin into the hole of the bracket on top of the lid.
- Raise forks to desired dumping height/position.
- Then, remaining clear of hopper (especially rocker area), drive slowly toward the edge of the roll-off bin/container.
- Slightly tilt the mast forward and release the handle to engage the hopper. Once engaged, the hopper will tilt forward allowing contents to dump.
- RELATCHING HOPPER: To relatch the hopper, tilt the mast back and make sure the safety latch is in the locked position.
- ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS:
- Before and during dumping, ensure the area is clear of debris and people.
- Do not exceed capacity of lift truck, hopper or operator.
- Never use hopper in need of repairs.
